Tenisiści stołowi z Serbii i Polski spotkali się w serbskim Nowym Sadzie na pierwszym spotkaniu w ramach projektu, finansowanego z programu Erasmus+ Sport Unii Europejskiej, mającego na celu integrację społeczną i aktywizację sportowców z niepełnosprawnościami przez tenis stołowy.
Harmonogram spotkania (Nowy Sad, 5-13.03.2023)
05.03.2023 – Przyjazd do Ośrodka Przygotowań Paralimpijskich w Wiśle.
06.03.2023 – Wyjazd na zgrupowanie do Serbii (bus + samochód).
07.03.2023 – Dwa treningi tenisa stołowego.
08.03.2023 – Dwa treningi tenisa stołowego. Wspólne spotkanie na kawie na rynku w Novi Sad.
09.03.2023 – Jeden trening tenisa stołowego. Oglądanie meczu międzypaństwowego – eliminacje do Mistrzostw Europy w piłkę ręczną: Serbia – Norwegia.
10.03.2023 – Mecz międzypaństwowy w Para tenisa stołowego Serbia – Polska.
11.03.2023 – Jeden trening tenisa stołowego. Zakupy w Centrum Novi Sad.
12.03.2023 – Zwiedzanie zabytków w Novi Sad.
13.03.2023 – Zakończenie zgrupowania.
Podsumowanie spotkania:
Zakończyliśmy pierwsze zgrupowanie w ramach spotkań z reprezentacją Serbii. Wspólnie z trenerami serbskimi prowadziliśmy treningi w para tenisa stołowego. Na zakończenie rozegraliśmy mecz międzypaństwowy Serbia – Polska. Gospodarze wygrali 30:22. Były to dla naszych zawodników bardzo zróżnicowane treningi. Nauczyliśmy się nowych rodzajów ćwiczeń oraz wymieniliśmy poglądy na temat metod szkoleniowych z miejscowymi trenerami. W przerwach od zajęć mogliśmy zwiedzić centrum miasta oraz najciekawsze zabytki w Novim Sadzie. Był też czas na zakupy w miejscowych sklepach. Codziennie w restauracji próbowaliśmy regionalnych potraw nie tylko serbskich ale i z całych Bałkanów. Zostaliśmy zaproszeni na mecz międzypaństwowy w piłkę ręczną: Serbia – Norwegia. Z bliska mogliśmy obserwować najlepszych zawodników europejskich. Wszystkie cele zgrupowania zostały zrealizowane.

The first meeting of the participants of the Erasmus+ Sport Project entitled „Para table tennis as a tool for social integration of people with disabilities” in Novi Sad, Serbia.
Table tennis players from Serbia and Poland met in Serbian Novi Sad for the first meeting as part of the project, financed by the European Union, aimed at social integration and activation of athletes with disabilities through table tennis.

09.03.2023 – One table tennis training. Integration by watching together an international handball match – qualifiers for the European Handball Championship: Serbia – Norway.

11.03.2023 – One table tennis training. Shopping in the center of Novi Sad.
12/03/2023 – Sightseeing of monuments in Novi Sad.

Report from the meeting:
We have completed the first training camp as part of the meetings with the Serbian national team.
Together with Serbian coaches, we have conducted para table tennis trainings. At the end we played an international match between Serbia and Poland. The hosts won 30:22.
It was a very varied training for our players. We learned new types of exercises and exchanged views on training methods with local trainers.
In the breaks from classes, we could visit the city center and the most interesting monuments in Novi Sad. There was also time for shopping in local stores. Every day in the restaurant we tried regional dishes, not only Serbian, but also from the entire Balkans.
In addition, we were invited to an international handball match between Serbia and Norway. We could observe the best European players up close.
All Project meeting aims have been achieved.
